Build Your Academic English Skills and Achieve Your Target Score What Is TOEFL? The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is an internationally recognised English-language proficiency test developed by Educational Testing Service (ETS). It measures your ability to use English effectively in academic and educational environments. The TOEFL iBT assesses four essential language skills: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. It is widely used by universities and other institutions to evaluate whether applicants have the English proficiency needed to participate successfully in an English-medium academic environment. Whether you plan to study abroad, apply for an undergraduate or postgraduate programme, or meet an institution’s English-language requirements, TOEFL can help you demonstrate your proficiency.
