Reading text: The busy life of a journalist

David is a journalist, and he works for a national newspaper. His job is demanding, but he likes it. He usually starts work at eight thirty in the morning. Every day, he checks his schedule, reads the latest news, and answers emails.

He often writes short articles and updates stories during the day. He works both in the office and outside, so his routine is never boring.

Right now, David is working on an important story. He is sitting in a small café near the city centre. He is talking to a source and listening carefully.

At the moment, he is taking notes and asking clear questions. He is also checking information on his laptop because accuracy is very important.

While he is working, he is focusing on details and time, as he has a deadline later today.

In the afternoon, David usually goes back to the newsroom. He writes his article and sends it to the editor. The editor checks the text and asks for changes if necessary.

Today, David is finishing his report and preparing it for publication. He is feeling tired, but satisfied. Journalism is hard work, but David enjoys telling real stories and sharing information with people every day.
